Preparation for departing employee

HR responsibility

  1. Confirm all insurance payments
  2. Confirm a signed resignation/ dismissal letter
  3. Confirm all equipment is returned
  4. Confirm office key is returned
  5. Send form 161 from insurance agent to accountant
  6. Get form 101 from accountant
  7. Get CEO signature on the 161 form
  8. Handover form 161 to employee
  9. Send recommendation letter, where applicable
